Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Milk and Wool, you have 15 days after receiving your order to request:

• An exchange of size or model
• A refund in the event of a definitive return

Return costs

• Exchange → Shipping costs for your return to our French warehouse are free.
• Final return ( refund ) → Fixed costs are deducted from your refund:
  
• 1 item → £5 / $us 6
• From 2 items → £2.50 / $us 3 per item
  

Conditions of acceptance:

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

• All items must be declared through our portal before being returned.
• Without prior validation, no returns will be accepted.

Processing times

• Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse, less return shipping costs.

Important note

⚠️ Never return a package without generating a request through our portal.

Our return labels and addresses vary by country — any package sent directly to our headquarters will be refused.
