Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

You have 15 days after your order to return your purchases to us for a refund if they do not suit you.

To initiate an exchange or refund request, you must contact us by email at the following address: contact@milkandwool.com

In the event of a final return, the shipping costs to our French warehouse are your responsibility.

In the event of a size exchange or the request for another item, the shipping costs for your return to our French warehouse are free.

Items must be returned new in their original packaging. Any returned item must be reported to Milk and Wool in advance. Only if these conditions are met will we be able to process your return.

Upon receipt of your return, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your return.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the items at our warehouse.
