ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

INTRODUCTION

By confirming his order, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and acknowledges accepting them in their entirety.

 

OBJECT

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales on the website www.milkandwool.com. They are therefore concluded between the online store www.milkandwool.com and the consumer making a purchase on this online store.

 

PRICES

Prices are shown in euros.
The sales prices indicated are net prices excluding shipping costs.

The total price to be paid indicated in the order confirmation is the net price including shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS

The cost of postage and packaging for an order varies depending on the weight of the items, the destination and the carrier.

 

ORDER

Any customer declares that they have the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, that is to say, to be an emancipated minor or to be of legal age and not to be protected, within the meaning of article 488 of the Civil Code. Milk and Wool reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists or arises during the processing of an order.
Ordering on Milk and Wool is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by the Milk and Wool site.
The Customer must follow a series of steps to validate their order.

Any order validated by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the whole.
Order confirmation: a confirmation email summarizing the order will be sent to the customer by Milk and Wool provided that the email address indicated in the registration form does not contain any errors.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
Any dispute on this point will occur within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.
The online provision of the bank card number and the final validation of the order by the customer will constitute proof of the order and payment of the amounts for the products selected in the order.

 

DELIVERY

For France, your orders will be shipped within 4 to 8 days after validation of the order.
For Europe, items are shipped within 4 to 8 days after order validation.
When your order is being delivered you will receive an email indicating your parcel number, in order to facilitate its tracking.
Milk and Wool cannot be held responsible for losses, delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to transport companies.
In the event of an error in the wording of the delivery address by the customer, Milk and Wool will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the products will be charged to the customer.

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering, it being specified that this must be the customer's residential address, that of a natural person of their choice or that of a legal entity (delivery to their company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
Any order placed on the Milk and Wool website and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the customer.

 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUND POLICY

Once the delivery of your order is confirmed by our courier, the responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. If the parcel is lost or stolen after this confirmation, Milk and Wool cannot be held responsible and will not issue any refunds. Customers are advised to report any theft to their local authorities and to contact our courier’s customer service for further assistance.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Amex bank cards as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Payment by credit card: Payments by credit card are secured by SSL encryption.

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Possibility of refund within 15 days from receipt of the order. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Items must be returned new in their original packaging. Refunds will be made within 10 days from receipt of the items by Milk and Wool. To be accepted, any return must first be reported to Milk and Wool.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 15 working days to return, at his own expense, the products that do not suit him for a refund. The period runs from the day of receipt of the order. The items must be returned new in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip. Otherwise, the items will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
As soon as the buyer has exercised his right of withdrawal within the time limit and under the conditions set, Milk ans Wool undertakes to reimburse the buyer within 30 days, with the exception of the shipping costs of the initial order and the return costs.

 

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Any order signed by final validation of the order will be deemed irrevocable acceptance of the order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be deemed payable for the sums committed by the entry of the items appearing on the order form. This electronic signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature.

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of personal information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for invoicing. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) under number 1811021. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978) which they can exercise with Milk and Wool. Furthermore, Milk and Wool undertakes not to communicate its customers' contact details to third parties.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the buyer agrees to contact Milk and Wool ( contact@milkandwool.com ) as a priority in order to find an amicable solution.
